Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT, with thousands of practitioners worldwide, retains many of the success rates and benefits of TFT using a simpler series of 'algorithms' of acupressure points. A trained practitioner can help you locate the source of negative emotions and help you release them painlessly and permanently. You do not forget the events, but are able to recall them without any associated negative emotion. The technique involves some gentle tapping of acupressure points on the face, collar bone and hands whilst being guided to focus on various aspects of your problem or issue.
